"The Implementation Project Manager is accountable for planning and allocating resources, managing time used against plan and updating budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. Projects are for deploying cloud-based, B2B software solutions to US-based banks and financial institutions. Experience deploying SaaS-based B2B software applications is key for this position, with preference in deploying off-the-shelf software applications that are configured for each customer, rather than custom software development projects. This is a cross-functional role that is the driving force behind the success of implementation projects for our customers and requires passion about playing the lead role in planning, executing, managing and closing out projects. Deep skills in aligning projects with business goals, technical acumen around complex cloud-based software and strong project management skills are all required for this role.Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and maintain project plans to deliver software applications to business customers and support the scoping of projects by providing project resource estimates that represent the level of effort required to support the projects. Prepare project initiation documents for new project using templates and adapting as appropriate based on each customer’s requirements and what software applications are being deployed. Track progress of projects by maintaining constant communication with senior management staff, project team members and customer point of contacts, including communicating with US-based customers and coordinating internal company resources in both Pakistan and the US. Develop and continuously update project schedules (GANTT charts) and tasks to be completed as part of implementing 360factors’ software applications for our customers. Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools (GANTT charts, task lists, project status reports and key project performance metrics). Ensure all assigned projects are delivered within the stipulated scope, timeline and budget. Create and distribute status reports and project updates to the project team (usually weekly) Ensure resource availability and allocation to project tasks while creating a manageable workload for each team member. Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans to reduce project risks. Identify, track and manage issues within the project, including driving the timely resolution of those issues by the appropriate resources across various teams within the company. Identify and manage change requests, including impact on schedule and budget. Obtain proper signoff from customer on requirements, SOWs, change requests and completion of milestones and project deliverables. Track and manage time used by each resource in the project, ensure proper allocation to the appropriate project code, and billing to the customer is within the project budget. Work effectively with implementation, support, and development teams to ensure delivery against agreed priorities. Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed. "
