Job Description
"Execute production plans effectively according to standard operating procedures, lean manufacturing principles and ensure compliance. Identify and suggest ways to improve the procedures to improve productions, quality and safety. Ensure smooth operations of the rolling mill (WHF, rolling mill, handling area, CNC) Execute Daily tasks delegated by Immediate Supervisor as per available SOPs Supervision and assigning tasks to workers on daily basis Troubleshooting activities related to production/ maintenance Reporting of all activities on log book Assist Immediate supervisor for generation of reports and data entry related to production/ maintenance Maintain quality of product & ensure proper housekeeping Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations"
